My Order Has Shipped But Has Not Arrived Yet?

For most orders when you receive your emailed invoice, tracking information will be included. You can use this tracking information to find out where your order is.

  • It may take around 24hrs for tracking information to appear.
  • We ship with a courier and Australia Post. If you have a tracking code you can track your delivery from Australia Post here and if your delivery is by courier you can enter your tracking code here. If your parcel was sent through Aramex, you can enter your tracking code here
  • Once your order has been shipped, any delays we, unfortunately, cannot control. You can check with Australia Post for any known major network delays here and contact Transdirect for assistance here. If your delivery is through your local Aramex, you can find your courier's phone number, timetable and pick-up locations here.
