Choosing Your Design
Using our website you can browse the Ribbon options and designs that we offer. All of our Ribbons are designed and printed in house. Below is a brief summary of our Ribbons.
Our Satin Ribbons with foil or matt print are a consistent favourite with their classic touch and brilliant shine. Choose from one of our pre-designed layouts with personalised details such as your logo or design your own.
With more than 25 Satin colours, 15 plus foil colours and decades of expertise, we make it easy to design your Ribbons.
Personalise your full-colour Ribbon printed on water-tolerant* canvas with endless possibilities for your design.
If you like a modern look with the thicker traditional feel of a fabric Ribbon, our Canvas Ribbon are for you.
Bright colours and clean lines can be printed right up to the edge.
*Our Canvas Ribbon print will not be damaged by contact with water, however, the Canvas is not hydrophobic so it will still get wet.
Boasting ultimate design flexibility, work with our Design Team to create a unique Ribbon for you with the ability to have as many colours as you'd like.
As the name suggests, the ultra-smooth paper style surface allows for easy writing and these waterproof* Ribbons excel in the environment of a swimming carnival or an accidental spill.
ColorSmooth® is uniquely double-sided, you can have a design printed on the back meaning you can have slogans, quotes, record details; anything you'd like printed to match your vision.
*ColorSmooth® Ribbons are waterproof but we do not recommend exposure to chemicals such as Chlorine - if exposed we suggest rinsing the Ribbon.
Universal Ribbons, Economy and Super Economy
We also offer non-personalised Ribbons - Universal, Economy and Super Economy. These have a fast dispatch time and an economic price point.

Potential Fees
Ribbon Plate Fees
For all Satin Ribbons, a metal template is required to transfer the design onto the Ribbons. This is called a Ribbon Plate. For our designs listed on our website, we have all the plates made.
For our personalised designs with the option of your logo, a one off $28 Logo Plate fee to cover the cost of creating the metal logo template. We will keep this plate on hand for all future orders, as long as there are no changes to your design you can continue to use this plate with no further fees.
For a fully customised Satin Ribbon, we will likely need to make new plates. This can cost up to $105 per design, depending on the size of the design and whether existing plates can be used.
Artwork Fee
A one-off Artwork fee of $65 may apply if your logo/artwork is unable to be supplied in a vector format. This to cover the work required by our Design Team to transfer your logo into a vector format.
Set Up Fee
If your order needs significant time to be dedicated to it for setting up the design and/or for its production a Set Up Fee may apply. This is not commonly required.
Production Times
For re-orders for Personalised Satin Ribbons, the approximate dispatch time is 4-5 working days.
For Universal, Economy and Super Economy Ribbons the approximate dispatch time is 1 working day, if stock is available.
For new personalised orders and custom designs, the approximate dispatch time changes to 15 business days due to the required plate creation.
For Canvas Ribbons the approximate dispatch is 5 Business Days (after artwork approval for new orders). ColorSmooth® Ribbons are the same with a difference for new orders. Due to the unique nature of ColorSmooth® Ribbons, we like to send a sample first for you to feel and see what ColorSmooth® is like. This extends to the approximate dispatch time to 3 weeks for new orders.
Payment
We accept payment via credit card and direct deposit.
All schools working with us have 30 day account terms and we do not require payment until the order is shipped, which is when an invoice for payment will be sent.
If you wish to pay through a Purchase Order that is also accepted. We will need to be supplied with the Purchase Order number, however, we do not require this to begin production of your order.
For organisations outside the school system, we require pre-payment for your order. After submission of your order, you will be contacted for payment by our team.
For some small orders if you are picking up your order we can accept cash.
This must be pre-arranged with our Customer Service team.
