We are constantly updating and improving our solutions for you. Our website images do not currently display your last personal order. If you cannot see your exact design or you are unsure contact our friendly Customer Service Team for assistance. We keep record of orders with your specific design details meaning we can usually find exactly what you are looking for.
You can also, when logged in to our website, check out your order history and order status by clicking on 'My Account ' and then 'Orders'. 
Please note, orders that were ordered under a different account will not appear. If you cannot see anything check that you are logged into the same account as your previous orders.
Tip: All of our solutions have a code specific to them. This means that on your past email order confirmation, you may see that you ordered '52012071'. With this number, you can then search on our website and the solution you purchased will come up.
