      Australia Post - MyPost Tracking Changes

      AusPost is updating the way packages are tracked.

      From June 26th 2023, Aust Post will begin phasing out 'we're sorry we missed you cards'.
      If they are unable to deliver, Australia Post will notify you via the AustPost app, email or SMS. If your parcel has not been successfully matched to the organisations MyPost account, Australia Post will leave a card.
