We have been creating personalised solutions for over 45 years! For many schools, we are their long term supplier of all things positive encouragement - Name Badges, Ribbons, Banners, Certificates and more. 2. We have in-house designers and artisans. No need to involve outside help or spending rare free time designing what you are after, our team will work with you to create your vision. 3. You appreciate honesty? So do we, if something happens our team strive for full transparency. 4. We offer solutions that you cannot find anywhere else in the country - hello foil Ribbons with two foil colours! 5. We are Australian. Need to hang up the phone because there's a snake visiting the playground? We get it, living in Australia requires flexibility and a good sense of humour. We'll be flexible and laugh with you. 6. We have an in-house dedicated Customer Service team. You have questions and our team have the answers, ready to assist you on the phone or in an email. 7. Lastly, we are a small family-owned business that cares deeply about what we create, all solutions must pass our 'would you give that to your family?' check. #### Don't believe us? Here is what some of our wonderful customers say: *"I cannot believe that you were able to organise the graphics and forward the ribbons for our swimming carnival to our college in such a short amount of time.* *You really surpassed my expectations. Your service and turnaround time is the best I have ever seen.* *Thank you so very much."* *"Thank you so much for your professionalism and support these past few years. Your flexibility and prompt service has been flawless and I'm grateful to have been associated with Awards Plus during my time at Avoca PS."* *"Your staff went above and beyond the call of duty, patiently going through our order over the phone and finding the order records we had not kept. The definition of great customer service."* *"Thank you so much for getting these to us ASAP. Your staff are not only polite, courteous and helpful, but efficient too. You are a joy to do business with. We do appreciate it.
