# The Awards Plus® Method

## Our team run by a method – a method that reflects our belief in positive encouragement and providing the best service and innovation for our customers.

Our method includes a few sayings:

1. We say what we do.
2. We do what we say.
3. We do it well… As if we were giving to a member of our family.
4. We are unstoppable – We want to improve daily, weekly, monthly and yearly!
5. We know that every person is important, so we treat everyone with respect.
6. We believe that problems are treasures, they are telling us something we need to know   
   and learn from.

8. We work safely and look out for others.
9. We respect deadlines and quantities, as we always work hard to meet our customers’ encouragement goals.
