# My Child Has Lost/Broken Their Badge From School, Can It Be Replaced?

## Yes! We keep records for all orders so creating a replacement is possible.

We recommend that you get in contact with your school and organise a replacement through your school. However, with pre-payment for the order, we can create an order for you.

We will need to know the name and location of the school, your shipping details, contact information and the details of the Badge required.
