How Long Will My Order Take?

  • For personalised solutions dispatch time can vary as all personalised solutions require approval of the design before production, a quick approval will shorten the dispatch time.
  • Specifically, Custom Moulded Medals, Personalised Emblem Badges or Pins and all Screen Printed products have longer lead times.
  • If your order contains multiple solutions, such as Ribbons and Pennants, dispatch time may differ from the information given for the individual solution. If needed, contact our team to ship your order in split shipments.
  • Shipping times will vary depending on your location, our team can work with you to pick the right option for your location and deadline.
  • We ship with a courier and Australia Post. Once your order has been shipped, any delays we, unfortunately, cannot control. You can check with Australia Post for any known major network delays here.
  • If you have a tracking code you can track your delivery from Australia Post here and if your delivery is by courier you can enter your tracking code here.
