We carefully package your order for the final important leg of it's journey. Sometimes accidents still happen.
No one wishes to receive damaged goods and we are sorry that this has happened.
If the packaging is damaged on delivery and you suspect the contents may also be damaged we advise that you let the relevant mailing service know and note it on any delivery documentation. You can even refuse delivery. This will allow a case to be made with the mailing service if reasonable care has not been taken with your shipment. A photograph can also be helpful documentation for all parties involved.
Our Quality Assurance team are also ready to help you with replacing the damaged order, so contact us as soon as you can.
