# Did The Price Of What I Usually Order Increase?

## That is possible. At the beginning of 2025, in response to increased costs to produce our solutions, there was a small price rise.

The price increase is as minimal as possible, meaning if you see a significant jump and are concerned:

- Check that you are ordering the same quantities as your previous order (most of our solutions have quantity price discounts)

  AND
- The price that you are comparing to is GST inclusive (all our quotes and website pricing includes GST).

If you have any questions concerning pricing use [this form to contact](https://share.hsforms.com/1gwGq39bgTQqVCnO8LNfMZQ3w5m9) our team or call 1800 809 037
