No, we do not supply an updated invoice.
Our invoices list all details related to our charges and are sent once your order is dispatched for payment. The Credit Card surcharge amount is then determined and charged by the bank or merchant provider and is the responsibility of the payee to note for their records when making payment*.
We strongly encourage taking a screenshot or printing the details when paying by Credit Card to provide to your Accounts team.
If you wish to avoid a surcharge we do accept and offer Direct Deposit, Purchase Orders and PayID.
*Depending on when payment is made, there are some exceptions and an invoice may list the surcharge.
